Need a Excel Project to import CSV

Hello, I have a magento store, i export the orders to csv file or xml, them i import to excel and i prepare the order to send to my suppliers, but takes a bit of time that and i need make easier The supplier have some fields in the exel file, so what i need, i need some script to pickup all the fields and fill in the excel as my supplier wants. Some people said to me to a VB Script or something like that.
