We are associated in the business of architectural products, and we are using zinc as raw material for our [login to view URL] we are facing problem in electroplating on zamak-3 & zamak-5. problems of porosity ,surface irregularities , blistering ,optical defects on zinc diecast. We are also performing belt grinding followed by polishing operations before electroplating . Hot chamber die casting machine (lekman). 88Tons.
