Board capabilities are to read voltage, current, charge state and calculate Ah, as well as CCA of each bank as well as the total bank voltage parameters. Board must be capable of selecting fault battery if not within Voltage, Ah or CCA parameter determined by dip switch settings or user programmed firmware.
Board is to be capable of constant current equalization of bank up to 10-100a [option is only accessible trough firmware program key in OPTIONS for aux system board programming]
Board will control voltages ranging from 12vdc to 138vdc utilizing 4-digit 7-segment voltage monitoring display with piggyback LCD information display along with 10 two color led green (normal) and red (fault) led to pinpoint fault location battery in bank array, can also be achieved through software and LCD display coding. Battery Monitor is to be BlueTooth capable with ability to send and communicate with other modules such as battery charger Android and Iphone
Board must utilize dip switch voltage selection hierarchy to set number of batteries in bank and voltage along with Potentiometer to set over and under voltage range (on) and range (off) action coupled to drive a 20 amp relay to invoke other modules. Total 11 relays on main board 1 for bank total and 1 for each battery in its bank
Board shall feature Aux plug to accommodate backup Bank monitoring of the same sorts oftentimes ran parallel to primary array.
Aux board shall have input up to 10 battery inputs assigned by user (dip switch) as well as 10 sequential on/of relay actions from monitoring each battery
