This unit will take readings of the car from its port located under the dash. It should be no larger than about 2x2 the dongle will be always connected and taking readings that are sent Bluetooth to owners phone if the app is activated. I need this person to be in the United States preferably in Florida. Once designed it must be program and I will supply the listing of what we are looking for. Full schematics and software are required for completion
