through case antenna coupler

Hi, I have 10 years of working for the design and development of antennas. I have been involved in the design, development and repair of variety of antennas. I Use Agelint ADS and Ansys HFSS for simulating my antenna models. I have designed more than 20 different types of antennas in the frequency range of 20 MHz to 18 GHz which were started from scratch going through all the study, design, modeling in Ansys HFSS/ Agelint ADS, Simulation, Optimization, prototyping, testing and to the final model. Hi I guess you want an antenna coupling (no coupler) design that will be made to feed an external antenna at polycarbonate enclosure without drilling a hole at it to run a coaxial cable. You want it to be a capacitive feeding - coupling as was the PROCOM UHF antennas for Car Glass installations, but instead of glass you will have polycarbonate as the dielectric material? Need to know exact polycarbonate specs, ie will it contain glass fibers to polycarbonate, etc, and min - max possible width of it that will act as the dielectric. Also want to know exact specs of the antenna you will use and how this will connect to the outside coupling part.
