Hello, The schematic in your link is in Eagle but unfortunately is just a picture the schematic has to be redone in the Eagle software again and also the components have to be made. I recommend you use Eagle as the software for this board. Because it is free you will have access to your files anytime and you will find more freelancers that can work in this kind of software.
