UK Based Ebay and Paypal Stealth Account Creator Required

I would like to work with someone who knows how to create Ebay and Paypal verified hi limit stealth accounts. I have the products to sell them on if they could have feedback on them that would be even better. I view this project as on going so if the accounts are good I will certainly be back for more as I build and develop my business. I am prepared to offer a cut of my commissions on an on-going basis to someone who can do this for me. If you could let me know your proposals how much commission you are looking for and how soon you get the accounts up and running that would be excellent. Or if you can offer a fixed price per account then that will be considered. I want to build the accounts for my own use and will need at least 2 accounts every week These accounts will be for my own use. The only profit I will make will be selling through the account.
