CPA offers Lead Generation

hey ! I want someone to promote my CPA offers and generate the leads. You should have quite enough experience in CPA networks. You will have to promote the offers by your techniques, it can be forums, blogs, clasified ads, article submission, craig list, email marketing etc. Before you drive the traffic you have to inform me the way, because some offers do not allow email marketing and direct linking. I have aprox 1000 links to be promoted. Initially I will go by some links to check the current status. All traffic should be from US and Canada. All the traffic should be from different IP. Spam not allowed nor the proxies. Previous CPA background experience will be preffered. Its a long term project.
