Developer needed for Asp.net Core and React assignment

We are migrating project from Asp.net MVC to Asp.net Core & React. We are stuck in one of the functionality. The requirement is as under: 1. Active Directory has data related to all employees of the company. (e.g. 1000 employees) 2. We want to pull employees data related to a certain group/department (e.g. 30 employees) 3. This data needs to be displayed in the form of a gallery. 4. The details would be Fullname, designation and thumbnail image of each of these 30 employees (retrieved from the active directory) Ensure that you don't bid with your generic proposal and rather share your thoughts on the process you would follow. The minimum amount that you quote along with right skills will win this project. This is urgent requirement, for any queries please message. This is the first project we are migrating and we don't have expertise in .net core and react. Looking for someone long-term basis. However, right now please quote only for the above mentioned work.
