Ad Monetization manager for Mobile games monetization - Full time (Remote)

You are the first team member to take responsibility for all Ad Monetization Management activity. Megarama Games is a lean, successful and growing bootstrapped startup which relies heavily on ad monetization. Currently the founders are involved in ad monetization management. Your job will be to take responsibility away from the founders and to professionalize Megarama's Ad Monetization efforts. Through your efforts you will boost Megarama's ad revenue. You will have responsibility for optimizing the ad monetization across multiple games. We are looking for ideally someone who has worked in a similar role in the past. You will report directly to the founders. The position is full time and with a long term horizon and ideally meant for someone comfortable with remote work. You must be very independent and self-motivated. Requirements & Responsibilities Responsibility for Ad Monetization optimization across a growing portfolio of games. Monitor and Optimize Ad Waterfalls. Reporting of key KPIs to business owners on weekly basis. Run A/B test (where relevant) to optimize setup. Segment waterfalls / users to optimize ad targeting. Communicating with ad networks and mediation partners to optimize ad placements. Suggest and define product improvements in order to improve ad monetization. Evaluate new mediation partners. Source and negotiate direct deals with advertising partners. Work History You have previously worked in a similar role, handling ad monetization in mobile apps or games. Personal Attributes Independent and self motivated. Trust worthy. Good spoken and written English. Willing to take on and assume responsibility. Eager to learn and able to self-learn in areas where you are currently weak. Good interpersonal skills (need to be in touch with ad network representatives, business owners...)
