Convert PDF to Fillable PDF and Add Digital Signature capability

**Was difficult to determine proper categories for this project, please ensure that you read carefully before responding**** We use a third party software application, desktop based, to run our business. The software produces PDF documents (with specific customer order info) that we then print, complete with good old paper and ink, have our client sign the document, then we scan it and store it electronically. We'd like to remove all "paper and pen" use in the process and convert this process to 100% digital. The PDF that is produced by the software with customer order specifics will need to be easily or automatically converted to a FILLABLE PDF so that we can complete the order details by using a PC or tablet. The PDF document produced always has the same format and fields, it is only the customer details and order details of product that vary for each customer. This fillable PDF will also need to have a signature by the customer, so it will need to include a small digital signature pad on the PDF for the customer to digitally sign. PDF expert skills is a must, as well using and installing digital signature pad in to the PDF form.
