Looking for someone to send email. Easy job

I am looking for someone to send few thousand emails per day. You must be able to inbox them and have them not go to spam. I am willing to pay $1 for 1000 email for the first 3,000. After that, I am willing to give you a raise to $2 per 1,000 email if you do the job right.
