Transfer database data

I'm a real estate agent and in the process of switching companies. I need some help transferring information from one database to another as some of the information wouldn't download/export from the old database in order to upload it perfectly into the new database. I already exported from old database and imported into the new database yet a lot of the information couldn't transfer over, or it wasn't accurate information. So you would be going into both databases to check the information and make it accurate in the new one and have it be up-to-date. I'm seeing it is taking me about 3-5 min per person/file/lead. I have about 1000-2000 people and I'm wanting to get it done ASAP. I have instructions already created for you as well as video tutorials, which I attached one below so you can see the scope of the work and understand exactly what you'd be doing. We can also jump onto Zoom if you'd like to do a few of the leads together initially to make sure you're comfortable and on the right path.
