I have extensive years of experience in HR & General Administration,office support , maintaining MIS and database .back ups of data. Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information, Photocopying ,PDF and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues sending and receiving forms for the company.
I have been responsible for Inserting customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits, Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry, Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output, Apply data program techniques and procedures, Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations, Keep information confidential .I have good hands on experience in data entry working experience ,typing speed and accuracy, Experience in MS Office, advance excel, spreadsheet and data programs, Trustworthy with an eye for detail, I also worked worked on Outlook lotus notes.
