Need a part-time Quickbooks Enterprise contractor to help with bookkeeping and other back office functions of a new acquisition. Start date could be as early as next week. We estimate time needed would be about 80 hours. Project entails migration of data from legacy accounting system to Quickbooks Enterprise. We are located in Parsippany NJ. Ideal candidate would be located no more than an hour from our office location. Occasional travel to the business in Eastern PA may be necessary. Job description includes: - monthly close - cash postings to AR - AP payment runs, checks, wires and ACHs - Run and create management and month-end reports - Maintain lists and master data in the system - Reconcile monthly balance sheet accounts
