We are looking for a freelancer, experienced in data entry work, to help us extract important author information from a number of investment-oriented research papers. This information tends to be located either at the very front of the paper or in the last few pages. The information we want to identify relates to the authors of the papers, and/or marketing/sales executives. Specifically, we want to extract the following information: First name, last name, company name, job title, email address. Note: Please still extract whatever information is available even if other information is missing. We think there are between 1-20 contacts for most papers. Please ensure that the company name is in a standard format. We are seeking to outsource this project to a suitable candidate. It is imperative that the information is entered correctly and in a timely fashion. If the project is a success, we would be interested in working with the freelancer again on future projects. An excel document with the corresponding columns and papers will be set up for the freelancer to work in. We would like to start the project immediately. A small, example template has been attached for prospective freelancers to look at.
