1. In depth analysis of operations/supervision pertaining to Supply Chain: 2. Warehouse Management and Transportation for distribution and manufacturing facility 3. Consolidate orders and expediting of delivery base on the most effective method in order to reduce ordering and expediting cost for distribution of consumer goods, procurement of raw materials and end products from suppliers pan India. 4. Management of inbound and outbound traffic and transportation including negotiating freight costs and deliveries, organization and coordination of truck, pan India shipments. 5. Work with vendors to optimise inbound and outbound freight consolidation but identifying new and innovative ways to reduce inbound transportation costs. 6. Evaluate vendor performance including continuous improvement, ongoing cost reductions identified, high quality products, lead-time reduction and adherence to service level expectations based on KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) achieved through work relations with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement Team. 7. Take leadership role in learning and training others within the department on SAP /Oracle and /or other software systems implemented to support operational effectiveness and efficiency of the supply chain. 8. Closely working with packing plants & C&F control inventory and dispatches regular basis to pan India packing centers on time as per APS during collection and unloading checking 100% if found any discrepancy then tack corrective action and minimize to discrepancy. 9. Responsible for documentation for audit compliance quarterly, half yearly and yearly.
