We are looking for part-time customer support agent for Hungary to make short calls to customers that had put an order. To verify addresses and data for the purchase and to make UPSELLS - that means to ask customers to buy 2 or 3 products instead of one. Or to present another product. Native Nungarian, based in Hungary!
The person should make quick calls to customers, who has placed online orders for our products. The purpose of the call is to ask the customer to confirm their order and verify the delivery address. Some addresses are incomplete and the call person should ask the customer about the missing part and make correction.
Job Description:
- Monday to Friday - you receive a file with 30-100 orders to be verified.
- You choose the time of calling
- When the customer doesn’t answer the telephone, a second attempt should be made within 1 hour or more
- You answer basic questions according to our info / instructions/ FAQs we provide / websites, etc.
- We create Skype account with credit for you
- We pay per phone call and UPsell
Approximate time burden: 1,5 hours for 50 calls per day , 5 days a week, 20-22 days per month
