I am looking for an English speaking sales assistant that can work on a EST time zone for at least 5 hours per day. Please read all of the following requirements and make sure you follow the instructions.
This position is for 6 months or longer and is for part time work.
There will be a preliminary task which I will describe to you once you apply to the position. The task is super important so that I know that you can be responsible for the upcoming tasks.
This person will work directly with me to be trained to handle the following tasks:
-Research emails and company data for each of the leads.
-At times, call companies beforehand to check the accuracy of data.
-Import the data into Google spreadsheet.
-Use a template to send emails to prospects.
-Send emails at a specific time each day (between 9-10am or between 3-5pm)
-Make sure that 100-200 leads are emailed 5 days a week.
-If leads write back, email and create custom reports for each lead, and may be necessary to call prospects to set up sales appointments for me.
-Interact, and get involved in the sales process.
-Keep a daily report of emails sent, markets approached, response rates, templates used to make a weekly sales report on progress.
The successful candidate will...
1. Be able to follow instructions clearly and independently.
2. Should have a computer and stable Internet connection so that they can conduct calls with North American markets.
3. Be responsible, professional and be able to work unsupervised, and independently.
4. Responsible to provide me with ACCURATE details.

I will not start by saying that I have read your job offer and that I LIKE SINGING OUT LOUD because I don't sing out loud and yes, my voice is terrible. I sing in my head, if anything. :) I understand the position as it is something very similar to what I do on my day job, from 8 am to 4 pm. This should be my first online job, and I am sure that I would enjoy it, so give me a chance and you will not regret it. I am just not sure am I paid on monthly basis, and to what amount, but I am ever ready to work for less until you see me as a great worker and colleague.

You are looking for a reliable individual who can take the instructions you give and run with them. This person will be able to work a five hour day with hours based on the Eastern time zone.
They will able to;
Research, verify facts, import files into spreadsheets, sent emails at certain times daily to any potential prospects, ensure at least 100-200 of those emails go out daily (five days a week), communicate with the leads, be interactive and keep reports of all relevant data pertaining to the task at hand.
While I do not have chiropractic experience, I have sales management experience and military discipline. I am looking to fill 4-5 hours a day so this job works out perfectly and I only work with repeat clients so long term works the best for me. Entire job description read and I love singing out loud when it comes to the job description I can definetly do it I've been into BPO who handle EST account (Comcast Billing and TEch Support) can do multi tasking up to 10 tolls per call. My average AHT is just 7 minutes / call. for tech support and around 5 minutes for billing. I'm an marketing specialist as well so I have well convesation skills. $10 per hour rate as Virtual Assistant maximum of 5 hrs every day but can be work more than that if required like holidays etc.
