Inpaint functionality by CUDA

Hi, There are two techniques to do inpaint: 1. INPAINT_NS Navier-Stokes based method. 2. INPAINT_TELEA Method by Alexandru Telea Do you want to both techniques in implementation or is there any specific requirement? Let's discuss the details and start the work.
