I need an TV web app showcasing muslim prayer time, slideshow of images and countdown for iqamat and prayer. I want it to be developed using free/opensource cross platform such as Cordova or equivalent. The app should use html, css and js. My budget is only usd350 so let me know what you can offer for the 1st stage. It maybe feature-limited but I need a working app. For praying data, please use both calculation from various method such as from [login to view URL]( world) AND [login to view URL] (Malaysia only) and store whole year timetable in local storage/database such as Sqlite so it can work offline.
