I ma working on a project using OpenCV , SQL databases and C++. This current project is a proof of concept for a larger project that may result in more freelance work. My current issue is that I have a Mat image that I want to save to a SQL database as a BLOB. I am hoping to find someone with experience with OpenCV or image processing. for this project I am looking for C++ code I can copy past into my current project that will take a Mat image convert it to a form that can be written to an SQLite database. I expect this to be a simple project for someone with experience in this area. Unfortunately I need freelancers for this project to be U.S. citizens. I would like to find some one in the Tucson area so that in the event this project goes farther than proof of concept we can more easily collaborate.
