Link building for a site

Hello, I need someone who can get a lot of backlinks related to our specific needs for our new site, these are given in private message (PMB) only. All links must be ”white hat” We only pay after 30days after start date, whereby when we will see results, we do not want fake hits, we want quality. Specific keywords and some corresponding website/pages will be provided. -backlinks on URLS should be active straight away.
