Must be trained/very knowledgeable in United States business law. We have an existing contract along with exhibits that we need to have slightly refined. This first project will not be a large project as we've already had most of the work professionally done. However, I'm looking to build a partnership with the freelancer that is awarded this project as we will have the need for ongoing legal counsel as well. Example: should we need to execute third party paper, we will need your services to help with such review.
