SHORT DESCRIPTION Do you want to improve as a leader? Do you care about the environment? If you also want to have a voice with a groundbreaking and influential podcast, this may be the job for you. The award-winning Leadership and the Environment podcast is looking for someone to edit interviews to highlight their core messages. The podcast is growing and developing into a movement. Guests include TED speakers with 40+ million views, a Presidential Medal of Freedom honoree, a Super Bowl champion, a Pulitzer Prize winner, a Dalai Lama fellow, #1 NY Times bestsellers, and more. We are looking for someone passionate about quality, who knows how to distill 60 minutes of strong material into 30 minutes of remarkable insight. We're looking for someone who loves the material and our mission -- to improve as a leader, to help listeners live by their environmental values, and to do so yourself. Whether litter, pollution, climate, resource depletion, etc, you care about leading yourself and others to have an impact on what's around us. DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Native- or highly fluent English speaker Prior experience editing podcasts Prior experience editing prose Regularly listens to and/or conducts interviews Responsive, friendly, and looking for work with a small team Able to work remotely Has 10-15 hours a week available EXAMPLES: [login to view URL] NOTE This job does not require audio production skills (levels, removing "uh" and "um", etc.).
