iOS Comic Book Subscription Application Development

Atom Comix publishing company is looking for a iOS application developer to develop a subscription / in app purchase based application similar to the comixology application as used by Marvel / DC comics etc. We already have an interface designed, we need someone who can take directions from this and work efficiently to have a prototype up and ready fast ! Working models available online built with javascript / php etc. There could be possibility for ongoing future work as well. We have designed this to be as easy as possible - even if you were to reuse the web code and utilise this through Dreamweaver to convert the existing web app to an iOS app . . .
