Greetings I have skills to calculate the differential reflection in the red and infrared (IR) bands allows you to monitor the density and intensity of the growth of green vegetation using the spectral reflectivity of solar radiation. Green leaves usually have a better reflection in the range of near-infrared wavelengths than in the range of visible wavelengths. When the leaves are thirsty or they are sick or dead, they become more yellow and are much less reflected in the range of near-infrared wavelengths. Clouds, water and snow have a better reflection in the visible range than in the range of near-infrared wavelengths, while the difference is almost zero for rocks and bare terrain. The NDVI calculation creates a single band dataset that basically represents the greenery. Negative values represent clouds, water and snow, while values close to zero represent rocks and bare earth.
