Looks like you need a manufacturing expert as well. Well, I can only offer remote help for your project and I can't manufacture anything. If you are still interested kindly read the following: I am a mechanical engineer from one of the best institutes in India: IITs. My engineering fundamentals in Thermodynamics, Computational heat transfer, turbomachinery, computational fluid dynamics and Machine Design (with very strong fundamentals in solid mechanics and Finite Element Methods for solid mechanics with deep knowledge about continuum mechanics). If you hope to design such a machine you have to find someone who knows the standard off-the-shelf parts and how to select them. That particular person should be skilled in hand calculations of the design and then in simulations for validating the design. That person should also be skilled at design for manufacturing, which is what adds sanity to the design. I have designed 10+ projects from scratch, from ideation to prototype stage. My experience will come in handy for developing such machine. I feel your project definitely deserves someone experienced with actual product design and strong engineering fundamentals.
