We are looking for a Windows SDK developer that can help us with a very specific requirement. We built a custom Windows 7 Credential Provider that serves one small purpose: allowing a user when they walk up to their locked workstation (or at CTRL-ALT-DEL screen) to select a "Forgot/Change Password" Icon. The icon launches a stripped down version of IE (in kiosk mode) that goes to a specific website that provides a self-service password reset function. This works perfectly under windows 7, however on our windows 10 workstations the same file/dll makes IE launch every time the computer is at the lock screen without the user clicking on it. So we have disabled this feature for those users and we are trying to fix the package to get it working with win 10. Below are the links I have acquired in trying to research this. But I am not familiar with windows 10 and building compatibility for Visual Studio. Hello there, I have built several CP's for Windows 7, 8 and 10, for a gentleman from IBM, called Herb. It was for a high-security project which was NDA signed, so cannot reveal more. But rest assured, I should be able to assist you with this - in all probability. For Windows 10, one would be wise to use Visual Studio 2015 combined with version 2 (Credential Provider API V2), to fix some of your issues. Rest will have to be resolved , by understanding the rather complicated internal architecture and workings - of a MS Windows Credential Provider. If interested, let me know.

Hi Marcos, > We built a custom Windows 7 Credential Provider From your description, I'm not clear on whether you have C#, C++, or Delphi source code. Let me know more about your project and when you are OK to discuss, thanks. Best, -Mike

I am a Delphi developer having good experience in various domains like Accounting, BackOffice System, POS, Rights Management and Lab Management. I have worked on Delphi version 7 to Rio with hands experience on lot of third party components like DevExpress, Woll2Woll, TMS, JCL, JVCL, TurboPower, FireDAC, Intraweb, Remobjects SDK for N-Tier application, reporting tools like Quick Report, Fortes Report,Fast Report, Report Builder. I have also developed our own set of components from deriving some free components with extended features. I have also hands experience on various DB systems like Oracle, PostgresSQl, SqlServer, FireBird, Interbase. Just 2 month ago, I worked with a team to migrate a project used for Labs Testing management from Delphi 7 version application to Delphi Tokyo version. In that application we had used Remobjects SDk for N-Tier and Jazmine scheduler components for test job schedule. There, my main responsibility was migrating used components from Delphi 7 to Delphi Rio.
