Write a C# function that opens a PPTX file add a new slide to the beginning. The new slide should contain a text. The text string, font name,font size, color foreground/background & aligment (left/right/center, top/mid/bottom) should all be set from parameters. The resulting powerpoint should be saved as a new file. The resulting file should be opened with powerpoint 2016 without any errors. Project/Code format should be compatible with VS-2017
