RT data feeder for amibroker,metastock and metatrader. - open to bidding

Project Description >> This is a desktop application, java based. We need complete solution for programming a client server architecture to feed NSE & MCX data-feed to clients exactly similar to market-data-provider (weblink [login to view URL]) 1) Managing client subscriptions monthly/half yearly/yearly and 2 days trial. 2) For license using client machine(pc/laptop) id, which is not altered even by harddisk formatting. 3) Data in metastock format and also to support both Metastock(weblink [login to view URL]) and Amibroker(weblink [login to view URL]). Auto updation to both the softwares are must. 4) Auto backfill of missing days data , before application start. 5) Facility for manual Backfill must for atleast(minimum) 60 days. (we want data backfilled from the begining {1st day of exchange,like 1990} ) 6) streaming of data, even in 256kbs internet speed.(zero delay) 7) Base time format 1 min. 8) Fetching of data simultaneously from multiple trading terminals like Nest trader,Odin diet, TTadv, Trade Tiger, PIB and it should fetch real time data from Yahoo and Google (both are free source of data) 9) Auto backup of data every hour, day and week ,also uploading data to server through ftp, {along with your bid mention the appropriate server configuration needed for you to support 100 clients initially}. We already have unlimited hosting from ipage.com.(we have a website running already). 10) Full source code of project to be given to us. 11) Bidders must be willing to give support in yahoo messenger / skype /... for the software for lifetime with paid upgrades(changes) and appropriate charges apart from bidding. Please include the upgradation charges also, do not quote a very high upgradation or monthly charge, best to keep it within $40-$60. 12) Once the software is ready,the bidder should teach installation procedure. 13) Do not ask for full milestone before the job [login to view URL] will pay 1/4th, before job starts & more 1/4th, before the deliverables and rest before we are completely satisfied with the project. 14) Only people experienced in NSE/MCX data projects need to bid.
