Hi, I think I can do it. I have read the description & link. But the link which you post is not a IR temperature measuring instrument. It seems like a PT100 or other temperature sensor. I known some IR temperature sensor which is only $10USD when mass-production. And maybe more cheaper in China. Certainly, I can design some circuit for you. I am expert in Circuit Design/PCB layout/Firmware develop and have more than 19 years experiences.
