I am looking for someone to build an app in Twilio for my cold callers to be able to make automated calls to a list of leads that I can input. I am not familer with this software so I need someone who has worked with Twilio before. If you have not then PLEASE do not apply. I need the app set up and working as soon as possible. Some basic programming and API skills are required I will then need it intergrated into my CRM system
