Box2d C++ Cloth simulation (repost)

I need a simple box2d cloth simulation, that would show the barebones of it. The user need to be able to drag the cloth around the screen. C++ project made in visual studio and utilizing box2d and opengl (or sfml) for the 3d view of the cloth. Max budget for the whole project is 400 USD The simulation should include: cloth being hung on several pinpoints (like curtain), ability to apply forces to the cloth with mouse, ability to tear the cloth, ability to generate different size of cloth, have collision with another simple object. The project needs to be done by sunday 5th of november
