Write up a business model in first person for a web design and developer. Approximately 2000 words so I can speak 10 minutes over a presentation. Assignment brief : 1. A brief overview of your business idea (that is, your service/s and/or product/s) and your ‘basic business model’ (that is, how your business will generate income); 2. Your short-term and long-term ‘SMART’ business objectives; 3. Your target market; 4. Your competitor analysis; 5. Your promotional mix; 6. Your sales forecast; 7. Your financial projections; 8. Your and/or your employee(s)’s / team’s competencies (e.g. skills); 9. Legal obligations (e.g. business, HR, and information-related); 10. References (e.g. to market information, customer information, competitor information... that you have synthesised in your business pitch). As a start-up business, you should assume an initially modest set-up and that a small-scale investment can be sought, up to £20,000. However, you should also demonstrate growth in your business over the next 3 years, in your pitch. Expectations Find, evaluate, synthesise and use information from a variety of sources: An innovative presentation is designed, planned and carried out meticulously that gathers relevant information from an appropriate range of primary and secondary sources. Apply skills of critical analysis to the task: Problems are evaluated and solved with original and insightful reference to theory and practice. Time is very limited will need work in 1-2 day. Work is pretty easy but I don't have time. it needs to be in first person so I can start pitching immediately.
