Modular Construction company looking for AutoCAD 2D Designer for potential long term collaboration

About us: We are a modular construction firm based in Denmark with a production facility in Dubai. We are making modular residential housing units that can fit into containers so they can be shipped worldwide. All buildings are made to the highest energy standard. We make the villas to rent them out meaning we are our own customer and as such have full control over the design. Further we make most of our own inventory in our villas as well. We are still in the startup phase with one villa being finished and 2 under construction. In our production facility 10 villas are currently waiting to be shipped out. We have attached a few pictures of the first demo villa for reference. This is an actual villa we built in Denmark and NOT a render. We are confident about the designs of the villas, so the task will not be to create new designs, but to update the drawings to fit the ones we have made. However, we are always open to input and ideas. About the currently needed task To be honest, our drawings needs a complete overhaul. Both production drawings, construction drawings, etc. have suffered from our organization being under pressure and having a “we need to get it done” mentality. This means that typical AutoCAD design/drafting guidelines have not always been respected. The task currently at hand is that we have 4 new villa designs that we need to have made and we don’t have the staff to get it done soon enough. Further have we invested in a larger plot of land in Denmark with 50 residential units to be built. There will be many tasks from that project alone. That is why we are looking to collaborate with one or more freelancers. The design and materials of our modules will not change, so it is mainly a job of resizing and moving stuff around. However, as mentioned the drawings do need an overhaul so depending on how long such an overhaul will take, that could be the task we begin with. These new designs are not all we need, but it is what we need for now. What we have listed below is a list of potential future tasks, that we can also look into if both sides are happy about the collaboration. I have attached a cut out of our floor plan and a drawing of one of our modules for reference. As we are unsure about the amount of work needed for this, we are also unsure about the budget.
