Looking for composers to do work-for-hire tracks in crime-drama genre, will pay for each one

Looking for composers to do work-for-hire tracks in the crime-drama genre for a small project me and my buddies are working on. We need each track to be around 1 minute and 45 seconds, but we're students so we can only afford to pay $10 for each (plus stems for each instrument in case our editor ever decides to change an instrument's volume or remove an instrument), but I'd be more than glad to give a 5 star review for each track. And we do a lot of these kinds of projects and usually get several composers for each, so we'd rehire you for all of them. I've linked to some examples of the genre + quality we're looking for at the bottom. These tracks were used in commercials and crime shows like NCIS and CSI Miami, so they're exactly what we're looking for. We can't afford to license any of them though, which is why I'm here. Our project is gonna be like an episode of a typical crime show like NCIS or Bones. We would want our tracks to sound just like any of the examples, so it would be awesome if you could imitate any of them in terms of instrumentation+structure+sound+tone+feel, as long as it's not straight up plagiarism (different melody, change up the timings, etc) Crime-drama examples: [login to view URL] This playlist that our editor put together contains some tracks that are more sparse/minimal, and some tracks that are a bit more melodic and full sounding (but nearly all of them have some "start-stop" moments, which are always useful for easy editing). We need a few tracks of both kinds. Our deadline is 10/13, so If you have spare time over the next two weeks, let me know if you can help us! The composers we're worked with in the past have done it this way, and it made everything really convenient. (We're asking for work-for-hire tracks because we need to own any tracks we use and will copyright them).
