I'd like a proof of concept Asterisk IVR system. Upon receipt of an email, the system should dial a list of users (up to 50 max, several at once depending on outbound line capacity). Upon anwser, play a short static recorded msg, request Press 1 for X , 2 for Y, else hangup. Then within a predetermined time (eg 2minutes) send an email with summary of results.. eg 20 users called, 4 Pressed 1, 6 pressed 2, 5 hungup, 5 no anwser. , and if less than an alert threshold have pressed Option 1, send an alert email (which will repage/SMS).
The end application is for a Fire Brigade paging adjunct, to call volunteer fireman on receipt of an incident page and determine how many are responding.
For proof of concept dialing 6 Australian Mobile numbers, (at least 3 concurrently) would be all I need.
I already made similar system, pls check my reviews here on Freelancer.com(http://www.freelancer.com/users/feedback_2115601.html), completion rate 100%, I always go above and beyond. Also, please check the private message I sent you.
Hi there, I have done something very similar before with a call centre system updating a database on receipt of an email then calling X people with a project ID corresponding to the email and then asking the users to accept the call then it dialling back the call centre. Please consider this (although new to this site I am an expert in telecoms and also a software developer). Thank you
