I just moved a site to a new server (both files and database) but have the following error when I go to the site's IP: ExecuteReader requires an open and available Connection. The connection's current state is closed. I need this fixed so that the site loads. The site is written in .NET and has MSSQL database. It is managed through Plesk. This is a very small and quick fix so I am paying $30 for this. Thanks.
