.NET Testing Application Providers

Looking for developers to work for new academic software company believes in keeping promises. We have a lot of projects waiting for the developers that do things right. So if you have excellent skills, are willing to communicate frequently, are willing to lose money each time you do not keep a deadline and are willing to accept bonuses for delivery a quality project ahead of time, continue reading. Must have following skillset: 1) Able to create .NET applications that work with MySQL databases 2) Able to create .NET applications that work with MsSQL databases 3) Able to create database reports that integrate charts and graphics 4) Must be able to show past work that looks professional quality 5) Must be willing to start with initial customer thoughts and ask appropriate questions for project design 6) Must be good at developing very nice GUI's using .net platform 7) Must be willing to communicate with customer almost daily 8) Must provide project development schedule UPFRONT with deadlines for completing pieces of the project 9) Must be willing to accept a payment penalty for not meeting a deadline or promise Do not respond if you cannot keep promises? Are you able to generate reports from the database that integrate charts and graphics and can convert them to pdf? Please provide samples of past work that looks of beautiful quality Are you willing to communicate almost daily with the customer? Are you good at gathering requirements? Are you good at developing very nice GUI's using .net platform? Will you provide a project development schedule UPFRONT with deadlines for completing pieces of the project? Are you willing to provide project schedule updates every two days? Are you willing to accept a big payment penalty for not keeping your promises? You will be asked to do things that you may not be paid for, during this selections process. We have a major problems with providers that give bad deadlines and make promises they do not keep. It hurts our business, but providers do not care. If you do not respond to all questions and provide information you will not be selected. Do not respond if you cannot keep promises?
