Hello...
I have an inkling of what your project is about hence I have decided to show my intent [to work with you] by forwarding my bid along with a proposal.
I earnestly believe I have what it takes - skill wise and experience wise - to present a series of high quality articles that will not only leave you satisfied but also engage your audience - the readers.
However, I will like to have a chat with you in order to discuss more about the project.
Meanwhile, here is a copy (sample) of one of my previously completed works:
Managing Arthritis
As with most chronic illnesses, coping with arthritis requires the patients to take certain measures in order to be able to effectively manage the situation. Some of the activities that can be beneficial to arthritis patients are hereby discussed:
Regular Exercises
Engaging in physical activities on a regular basis is one of the most effective ways of remedying the situation. This can help to recondition the affected parts. Care must however be taken as to the kind of exercises that will be done. Walking, cycling and warm water therapy are very good exercises to start with. Exercises that would exert too much pressure on the joints should be avoided.
Good Sleep
Even to a person not suffering a rheumatoid condition, the importance of having a good sleep cannot be overemphasized. A sound healthy sleep can yet do a patient suffering from arthritis a whole of good. Therefore, steps should be taken towards ensuring a good night-rest- for instance, restricting the time spent in front of TV and other gadgets before sleeping. It is also important that the patients take time to rest regular- a stress-relief measure.
Healthy Diet
Eating healthy diets [especially foods rich in omega-3 fatty acid and plant-based antioxidants] is another way to better manage arthritic condition. However foods and/or fruits that have traces of caffeine and solanine should be avoided.
Managing Pain
To manage the pain, the patient will have to ‘religiously’ adhere to his/her medication. Aside the regular medicine, other substances like essential oils, spices and herbs can be applied. Again, it is necessary that the patient is cautious about how he/she uses the affected joint(s).
