Article on wokring professionals

I want to practice my theology by choosing working professionals and Leaders in a Church as I see and felt to work among them. This pandemic has brought many changes in working professional’s lives right from their attitude and to accomplishing their day today tasks which has an impact directly and indirectly on their families and society. There are issues security in their jobs, lack of opportunities due to population, stressful life, long working hours pressures from employers to accomplish tasks in less time, working from homes, children education is online especially for close to two years. All these are impacting working professional’s lives and they are not going into right direction with right ideas. This causes various effects and heavily impacting their lives. It starts with Stress and leads to Depression and causes to ill health, effects on lifespan as well. Many working professionals are facing challenges and failing while dealing with Fear of job, fear of future, fear of competition, and demand on updating or acquaint with new skills at work places. Due to lack of self happiness and self satisfaction Lifespan rate is deteriorating day by day for many countries. The first impact would be family, church and society. Balancing the time, managing oneself and self control is very important aspect due to which organizations, family and church members will be jeopardized. Balancing work, family will have an effect on ones spiritual life. It prone group to inviting bad habits like alcohol, break ups in relationships with spouse , children future would becomes gloomy , next generation surely gets hampered. I want to work among Church leaders, elders and pastors to work on this above scenario and make sure they are well aware this social problems among working professionals and take measures towards eradicating the challenges faces by them. I strongly believe my idea behind working on this Topic would motive me and grow in Christ and it may leads to counsel people, equip people and enables them to stay connected with Christ till all of us reaches to the Kingdom of God. Church the leaders who are being limited at their ministry expansion and they are not working towards growing in numbers. One should deal with work and family in balanced manner otherwise it causes and effects spiritual life for an individual and the whole family. Working professionals are very important and they play a key Role in society and the church. Due to heavy expectations in day to day life sometimes people may not be able to cope up and they certainly need help and need the guidance to mitigate the risks. Sometimes they may not be expressing their feelings but in tern they suffer with ill health.
