application to check availability of domain names

I need an application that will check if domains are available. It will take two text files, one very large file with words, separated, by coma, space, tab, |, or each word on separate line and second file with domain extensions, like .com, .net, .biz, .nu, .ag and so on. Then it will check to see if which combinations of domains are available. It will then return another text file with available domains in following format: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] it needs to only check extensions that I supply.
