Develop and Built prototype which analyzes liquid amount, sent to screen and then on app of smartphone.

I will need a prototype (Prototype name: “Herr Westermann” or short version “[login to view URL]”) which’s development requires skills in technical know-how, electrical engineering, programming and assembling the prototype and also knowledge in 3 D Printing and app Programing. I am only interested in working together with you, if you can ensure to finish a complete product incl. software and app by yourself. I am not interested in working with you, if you can only do half of the product and then sent it to someone else, it uses to much communication and leads to mistakes. I need a fast and good product that I can test soon in praxis. Around 8-10 Weeks developing time maximum for product and software. What has to be developed? The Prototype has to consist of a hardware (Tablet and Analyzer). The analyzer determines if a liquid is urine and the amount of urine and sents this information to a via bluetooth tablet/screen. Also a software has to be developed, which is connected to a databank and gives the person who peed in the analyzer a discount, concerning the amount of urine. Aditionally two apps for smartphone (iOS and Android) are necessary. Downloading the app, will lead to the fact that the amount will be sent from the tablet to the individuals smartphone. How does the [login to view URL] work? When someone pees in the analyzer, the analyzer has to ensure, that the liquid is urine (and no water, beer, coke) and then determines the exact amount of urine. Then the amount has to be sent to the tablet, which will be installed above the urinal. On the tablet an app has to be developed and installed on the tablet. Via the app, the amount of the analyzer will be automatically transmitted to the tablet. The person who urinated in the analyzer then gets information how much he urinated on his smartphone, which is connected to the tablet via an app that the user has to download. The smartphone connects automatically to the tablet and the amount will be sent to the app on his phone instantly. If its possible please let me know if you can buld a prototype which not only detects the amount of urine but also, if you can analyze from the urine what kind of drink the person was drinking before (wine, beer, water, coke, fanta…).
