396076 quick fix. need done asap

The script I used is Mini File Host I need to increase the upload speed on my file sharing service. For some reason, it takes 40 minutes to upload a file on my service on my server and it only takes maybe 10-15 minutes on multiple different file sharing services to upload the same file. So I know it is something code-related where the uploading is slow. However, the download speed from my site is the same as other sites. It is only uploading that is slower than other services. I think there is something in the code or maybe even in the server settings that could be changed to significantly speed the uploading up. Should be some type of quick optimization that can be done to the code or the server settings to address this issue.
