PHP Site Simple Design/Template

Hi. We had a pretty extensive PHP database application written by a rentacoder programmer who did a great job with the PHP functionality, but is not a designer. He put his own basic design in there and while it is fine, the color scheme is not compatible with our website, and the organization of material (headers, subheaders, etc.) is not as clearly laid out as it could be. From what I understand, the PHP code and layout of the data entry and data display boxes for these pages cannot be easily changed without breaking the code, but the (essentially HTML) design around it can. You can be the judge of this, I don't know the first thing about it. While there are a few different basic page layouts for different functions, a one-page general idea of what you're looking for is here (and this is live...you can fill out a profile for demo purposes, but please put "RENTACODER" somewhere in your company name and let me know that you did it). I can send the source PHP files that would need updating. I assume you have at least a sufficient knowledge of PHP to not screw things up, if you are not a programmer. The idea is to make a fast-loading, low graphics, high-quality, pleasing-to-the-ey template that has colors informed by our website, <[login to view URL]> .
