Promo video for a music group

I have professional and semi prof. recordings and hi-res images for you to edit one short (30 seconds to 1 minute max.) dynamic teaser video for Youtube/Website. Deadline: no later than 30th of July. The idea is that the end result appeals to international clients and agencies in the business events branch. The style is 70's Glamour meets modern day show interpretations while incorporating the nostalgia of the music. The challenge would be to achieve a magical balance of showing different facets of the artists in the group while keeping the pace high to still keep it all under one minute: Character Vocal harmonies Choreography Costumes Various venues Audience size and/or participation The end result should also be audiovisually sync on Youtube to not take away from the energy portrayed in the video recordings. (Knowledge of overcoming audio/video out of sync issues would be handy). Attached you will find a couple of images to help explain the style within the brief.
