2D Character Animator required for Low-Frame Animation Roughs

I'm looking to hire someone to provide animation roughs for a number of different character animations for a computer game. The animation will be done in a low-frame style, similar to early 90s computer games, see: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]), The roughs will be redrawn at higher resolution and finish later, so you'll only need to create them in sketch form to indicate the poses. (If interested though, there may be an option for additional work redrawing the roughs yourself once all the roughs have been created). Crucially I'm not after flash animation or ragdoll animation - I'm after drawn roughs. The animations themselves will be things like walking, climbing a ladder, walking along a tightrope, picking something up, turning a handle, and things like that, for a range of different characters.
