Motion graphic design

In need of a freelance designer for a new project- We require the skills of a motion graphic designer to work on developing digital signage material for 65" LCD screens placed in retail outlets. As means to promote and advise current specials via digital aid. All designs most be animated to ensure maximum exposure and effect in-store. We have the images, text and info, however we need someone to design/animate with effects. Each design is roughly 15- 30 seconds long. We will send an example and images in order to see the skill level if selected. this is an ongoing project for the next 3 months with possible extension.
