Pain-Application

l need to develop a pain app. The app must be able to record pain data through an alert that prompts everytime one opens the app. Their answers are then recorded in a database. l need the overall project done in ionic angular. l will complete the back end myself, l just need the overall app illustrated below. The design should be exactly as the app in the document. l need a red theme on it. But don't worry to much about the coloring l just need a red theme. And also a footer at the bottom of the app. l uploaded 3 images that would resemble the beginning section. Image 1, 2 then 3. From start it goes to login page, then there is a link if you don't have an account to go the register page. If you have an account you put your username and password and click login. Then as you enter to the menu page an alert first shows up and asks you questions about pain. (1) Did you feel any pain today. (2) If yes can you rate your pain ... (then a row of faces is used to describe the pain as is application design). (3) What do you think caused it?. After all questions are answered, the alert disappears and the menu page is illustrated.
